What it does

Gravatório takes the paperwork out of a therapy session. You record the consultation, the app produces a transcript with each speaker identified, and an AI drafts the clinical note — which you review and approve before it counts.

• → Documents from your templates — the AI drafts the clinical note following the templates you wrote, not a generic format.
• → Human in the loop — nothing is final until the professional reviews and approves it.

How it's built

A native Android/iOS app in .NET MAUI Blazor Hybrid. The demo beside this text is the real app (the same Razor pages as the Android/iOS builds) running in your browser with sample data and an in-browser demo backend: record, map the voices, generate and approve a document. Nothing leaves your browser.
